Matthew and Barbara McColgan founded Cast in Place Concrete, Inc. in 1998 as a small business with a big commitment to top-flight service and customer satisfaction. With more than 20 years in the precast concrete industry, CIP Concrete, Inc. has become a trusted partner serving precast erectors, general contractors, and construction managers, as well as precast manufacturers. We provide the structural grouting services, as well as the architectural patching and detailing and finished-floor surfacing services on major projects from parking structures to high rise residential and commercial buildings.

Our projects often take us to places like New York City, or Burlington, Vermont, or Providence, Rhode Island, but one of our most recent and enjoyable was very close to home—in Springfield, Massachusetts, where the new MGM Casino opened in August 2018. Partnered with Berlin Steel, an industry-leading provider of structural steel and erection services, we grouted all of the hollow core plank for the hotel wing of the casino. Another interesting project that encompassed a broad range of our services on just one jobsite was the new Kartrite Water Park in Monticello, New York.  CIP Concrete grouted all the structural wall panels, columns, and hollow core plank and provided caulking and waterproofing for all joints on this project.
